One of the most famous and best-selling sweets in Portugal, its mini format makes it easy to eat. It is characterized by being a light and crunchy sweet. Many call it ‘Cavaquinhas’ but the real name is Beijinhos das Caldas, a typical sweet from Caldas da Rainha, which appeared at the same time as the famous Cavacas das Caldas. Crispy biscuit with a thin coating of sugar and lemon.
